This is big because metabolic syndrome increases your risk of diabetes by 5 times!!! If your fasting blood sugar is 100 mg/dl or higher, you are at risk for metabolic syndrome.
Diabetes is a big bad player and it does damage–BIG TIME!!! DO NOT MESS WITH DIABETES.
Start a 10 minute exercise routine, 10 minutes -that’s all. It can help lower your risk- it’s a place to start. You can do this. I believe in you, now get up and do something!!!!
