I asked my trainer to give me some exercises that I can do anywhere. He gave me some simple ones that I think you will enjoy

One is a squat and the other a lunge exercise. I do 10-15 reps for each exercise and if I get the time, I’ll repeat the set. For cardio, imaginary jump rope until I get tired.

How easy is that?
