Dr Willette Davis is a board certified internal medicine physician. She has a strong passion for preventive medicine. She has found in her medical experience, small consistent changes are the cornerstones of healthy living. She has also found that many medical conditions can be minimized or prevented with stress reduction, consistent exercise and healthy food choices.

When she would discuss healthier living choices with her patients, she would have so much excitement her scheduled time for each patient would run over leading to long days and patient delays. She knew there was another way to reach interested people and to share ideas.

She created Dr Willette Davis.com to have a platform to share information on healthy living. She wanted an opportunity to have a dialogue and to create a community of like minded individuals to share ideas and to help each other achieve their goals. Dr Willette Davis has appeared on local television, radio and has taught healthy living classes.
